Shipping policy
- We ship Australia-wide. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be packed. We will ship items in stock within this time period, and being 1 off itema, no backorders or rain checks are applicable.
- Shipping is provided by Australia Post. Your order will have a tracking number to track your shipment. This tracking number will be sent via email attached to your order. If you dont provide an email at the time of your order, you will not recieve a tracking number. We take no responsibility for delays in shipping but will assist where possible. We take all care to protect the products. Should they not be received to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately with photos.
- For international shipping, please contact us to discuss. Any shipping enquiries can be handled via Facebook Messenger or vis SportsGearAus@gmail.com.
- Shipping & handling rates are a one-off charge. You have the choice to have your items shipped as regular post, or express post from Australia Post. No extra insurance coverage is available at the moment due to Shopify restrictions adding. If you would like to add extra coverage, please contact us. Cost will be based on the coverage per the Aus Post website ($5 per $100 - https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/parcels-domestic/optional-extras_
- The cost of shipping & handling on items that are bulky will be charged at a higher rate if necessary and we will contact you before processing your order to inform you of costs.
