In the event that you are unhappy at the level (Not a change of mind) with your purchase, we are happy to discuss the return of the product. Should you have any concerns upon receiving the item, please contact us directly

Refund

We will accept a return if the product is received, if you find that the product is NOT as described.

In the event we agree to a return, we will provide a full refund + the postage to send it back to us. The refund will be provided via the method of payment in which the order was paid unless agreed to with us.

The refund will be made upon inspection of the returned product and not before hand.

Process Time

This will be processed within 3-5 business days of having received the item back to our address.

NB: Most items are Player worn, especially trainers so expect them to be dirty. If we receive items that are unwashed, we will advise in the description of the product, on launch
